MISSING

I remember when I first got hooked on Bobby Goren. The wait from one episode to the next new episode seemed interminable. But, sure enough, the next new episode did arrive. Sometimes it took one week, other times it took half a year. But now, no new episodes will come around. Ever. I know, we've talked about it, cried about it, gotten angry about it. So you'd think I would just come to terms with it. Part of me has. I know VDO is so much better off being away from the show. He seems to be a happier free-er VDO.

But I am (selfishly) missing Bobby Goren.

  2. I miss Bobby too. That last picture really shows a feeling of Alex and Bobby that i have not seen captured before in any of the other posts of Loyalty. A lot of emotion shown on both of them.

  3. It's hard! I feel like we've lost a loved one and are grieving, i tell myself to remember the good times, and Bobby gave us many!

  4. Ruby's right! Anyway, he seems good since he left the show. When Vincent is happy, i'm happy!

  5. God I miss him and those dress blues - oh he is so handsome. Thanks for the great post Mauigirl. TV is not the same without him.

    Bobby back!::sulks::
    Canada has yet to see Loyalty. It comes the end of June. I'm starting to phsyc. myself out for it, so I give Bobby a final goodbye. :(

  7. Frankly, without better writers, the show was losing it anyway throughout season 8. He deserved better. I'm happy if he's happy.

  8. I miss my Bobby, but a BIG part of me is glad he's away from the can of worms that seem to run the show now - and as Snark said, as long as Vincent's happy (which he CLEARLY is), then I'm happy too!

  9. I miss him too! But after watching 'Frame' the other night, I wish that had been Bobby's final appearance.

  11. I miss him too..and that is despite having all the episodes saved and hundreds of pictures :-(

    BUT..he is so obviously happier now that I'm slowly learning to live with the loss

  12. Yeah, I wish Frame had been the end of the series, too. It would have made so much more sense.
