When I got Staten Island my bitchy DVD player was broken. Pictures yes, audio no.
I watched it anyway and dreamed along with the silent movie.
So, in my version Parmie lives on the top of a tree and philosophizes about Whitney's non-existing memoirs.
You may say I'm loony beyond all measure! But who knows, perhaps you have a weird V-related habit, too? If so, please share......

And although my player works again, I had this crazy idea: Why not to watch ALL VDO-films without audio?
I actually do.
Well, I use my imagination and make up my own story lines. I take control of the characters, put words into their mouth to make them talk whatever I want. And I can 'hear' Vince's seductive voice, moaning with pleasure, laughing with joy, screaming with anger; sometimes he just whispers sweet nothings.
Of course, the plot varies with my mood, and anything is possible. It's fun!
In 'real life' the fictional phone chat with Parmie and his Vixens would NEVER pass film censorship anyway .... did I mention that it's fun?

Weird? The only weird V-related habit would be not watching him at every opportunity.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea, can you imagine the seuctive story lines we could come up with. Fabulous!
ReplyDeleteHey, nothing weird about it. You simply made the best of a bad situation (broken DVD player) by improvising. And that led you to another way to enjoy VDO in all his glory. What's not to love about that?
ReplyDeleteYour new-found "hobby" makes perfect sense to me. In fact, I'd be worried about you if you did NOT take advantage of this fun and fulfilling hobby! Sometimes the best things in life are accidental discoveries. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteSo am I the only one here who has a weird habit, I'm marveled!
ReplyDeleteAnyone else? Please!
I often 'chat' to him as I'm watching....see we're all V-weird; LOL!
ReplyDeleteMaybe I'll watch Guy without the sound...'He's swimming toward an island to meet up with me'
ReplyDeleteWeird habits...don't really think I have any..apart from the fact that I'm more or less surrounded by him all the time :-D
ReplyDeleteOh, I had to go and buy a new cell phone yesterday, and I took my old memory card with me so it would have Vincent on it as soon as possible...does that count?
Eliza, I'm giving you a big YESSSS!
ReplyDelete:)
Okay, who doesn't talk to themselves? I always have. Imaginary friends etc. But lately I find myself having complete conversations with Vince, in the car, walking down the street, and next to me in bed. Now who's crazy?
ReplyDeleteI have some pics of him on the wall of my bedroom but i don't thinks it's weird...
ReplyDeletelovevdo69 It seems that the two of us are entering a neck-and-neck race! LOL!
ReplyDeleteLOVE IT!<3333
