cleaning out my closet

Isn't if funny what you find when you clear out closet clutter;
hated bills, a phone book for Monroe County (very useful here, haha), love letters from school days (who the heck wasThomas?),
ah, and this paper clipping:

  1. Oh, I wonder if they overheard me and my hubby the other night? LOL Just kidding - mostly. He did try to say something when a promo for LOCI came on once and I shushed him just like that! :-D

  2. lol - yes, I'm just the same, but you would think my hubby would have realised by now that there is no point in trying to have a conversation with me when Bobby appears on the tv screen.

I can only watch him when I'm on my own, due to my tendency to coo and blow him loud kisses. I will also take 'exception' with anyone saying hurtful things to him or otherwise treating him shamefully. If he comes upon me unawares (I wish!), and there's an unexpected trailer on TV, it's usually quite embarassing because I tend to yell 'BABY!!!!' at the top of my voice before I can stop myself.

    Cute cartoon tho' :0)

  5. I was going to show this to J because it made me laugh, but then I thought he might not find it as funny as I do....largely because he is that man LOL

I think my lot have all learnt to leave me alone when I'm watching anything V related because they just don't get the response V does :-)

  7. I cracked up when I saw this!! My husband always says "How many times have you seen this episode?" and I say "at least a thousand and I'll watch it a thousand more times so shut the hell up!" He leaves the room. Good I yell after him ... I can be alone with Bobby!

  8. I only watch Bobby in company when I'm showing episodes to my best friend - and she is a fan, too.

Who needs husbands? Glad I got rid of mine years ago.

  9. I'd say that was us...but he disappears into his cave (den) anytime I've got Vincent on. He used to try and talk to me during the show. Can you imagine????!!!! Now he hides.

  10. Luckily, I don't have to soothe the ruffled feathers of a husband in order to watch Bobby. It's just me and my bears. They like him too.

  11. I think I can say that my husband - although he knows I like Vincent D'Onofrio "you know - just as a good actor, right?" - has no real clue of how MUCH I lust after the man.

This makes me feel bad. :(

  12. That cartoon character looks a bit like Ricky Tomlinson LOL, my family are a bit like Purple's.

  13. Lozzie, there is no reason for you to feel bad. It is not your fault that you were born with exquisite taste any more than it is Vincent's fault that he is infinitely magnetic. So there. Feel better yet? LOL

  14. I HAVE to watch it alone. I watch it in English only and when my mom tries to ask me what are they talking about I can't hear her, I'm all there...

  16. Oh Jazzy thank you for putting it in perspective.

The funny thing is - when my husband and I sit down to watch anything with Vincent in it, he (my husband) genuinely enjoys it too. He thinks VDO is a great actor. He |LOVES LO:CI. So, I should just lie back and relax, I think ...

  17. yeah, lozzie! and the best of it, you can say to your husband: "darling, you think vdo is a great actor? hmmmm now that you mention it..."
