Before every long road trip I like to get my car serviced. It's just prudent. So off I went to have a tune-up done and the tires rotated.
When I arrived at the service station the nice gentleman told me to park the car right over there.
He immediately started the car up to checked the engine. I must say it purred like a kitten. I can't imagine why?
He certainly was thorough, he checked under the hood as well as the inside and the outside of my car. I was quite impressed.
It was obvious that he knew what he was doing.
Once he had completed his inspection he escorted me into the parts department and recommended that I get new wiper blades and an oil filter. Who am I to argue with him? After all I know as much about my car as I do about nuclear physics.
He also suggested that I invest in a new spare tire, which he thoughtfully put into the trunk of my car.
Now that I've been serviced; oops excuse me! Now that my car has been serviced I can hit the open road with my baby without any worries.
Don't you just love summer vacation?!!

ReplyDeleteDon't forget Vixens - VDO played a mechanic in Adventures in Babysitting. His entrance on screen was so steamy...his muscles glistening with steamy sweat...oh! I'd lock myself in a garage and let him check under my hood anytime...
